OBC One on One Full Service Recruiting Guidance
Our bread and butter. We work one on one with players and their families from the time of sign up through the duration of their baseball career. We use our network of college coaches and expertise of the recruiting process to completely guide each player. We also mentor them during their college years, help guide them through the transfer portal process (if necessary), and also offer draft support for professional baseball. This is includes full access to our advisors at any time.

Evaluation / Development
We provide a professional and honest evaluation of current skill set, and advice on how to implement a development plan to improve deficiencies & grow strengths.
We pride ourselves in development, even after our guys commit we want to make sure they are continuing to get better so when they step on campus they are the best version of themselves and ready to compete.

Promotion
We promote to targeted schools that fit the academic and athletic profile of the athlete. We are able to reach any school in the country on behalf of our clients. This includes direct texts and phone calls to college coaches, as well as social media promotion.
We also advise what events to attend as far as tournaments, showcases and camps in order to maximize exposure.
We help create highlight videos that show abilities of the player as well.

Decision
That final commitment can be a daunting decision. This is where we probably bring the most value.
We cover every detail of all options before the ultimate decision is made. With years of experience in the recruiting process, we have seen decisions made for various reasons and bring a lot of value in terms of what to evaluate and what questions to ask before the big commitment.

Follow Up
Even after our clients make a commitment we continue to be there every step of the way.
We continue to help with development and are there to advise through the admission process, signing day, NCAA eligibility center, as well as how to receive academic aid and FAFSA. We even mentor our clients while they are in college to make sure they are maximizing their experience.
